Request Authorization
Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Secure Packaging
Place the product in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to prevent damage during transit and ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our New York headquarters.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
